James Houston

Head of Customer Success APJ, Boomi
James Houston is the Head of Customer Success, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) at Boomi. In his role, James is responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and long-term success across the region, working closely with executive stakeholders at our customers to deliver measurable outcomes and maximise return on investment.

Since joining Boomi, James has been a key member of the senior leadership team, establishing a governed centre of excellence to enable change, strengthen customer engagement, and achieve sales and revenue targets. He is also passionate about developing future leaders, fostering a collaborative culture that builds trust, engagement, and loyalty across global cross-functional teams.

A key area of opportunity within Customer Success at Boomi is the engagement with local partners in APAC to consolidate a partner success program. James is leading this development working directly with Boomi’s Partner organisation.

Prior to Boomi, James held senior leadership roles across customer success and sales, where he gained extensive experience in channel sales and channel service management, go to market growth strategies, customer experience innovation, and executive stakeholder management.

David Irecki

Chief Technology Officer for APJ, Boomi
David Irecki is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Asia Pacific / Japan (APJ) at Boomi, a category-leading, global software as a service (SaaS) company with more than 20,000 global customers and a worldwide network of 800 partners.

As CTO, David leads the region’s efforts in advocating and evangelizing the future of artificial intelligence (AI) in business with intelligent integration and automation. He is instrumental in helping organizations across the APJ region thrive in the digital age and on their AI journeys.

David leads a team of pre-sales professionals across APJ. Under his leadership, his team helps customers transform their business by solving integration and data management challenges.

David is an IT veteran with over 20 years of experience in the enterprise integration and embedded computing markets. David joined Boomi in June 2015 as the first Solutions Consultant in APJ. Prior to Boomi, David worked for MuleSoft, where he led the APJ Solutions Consulting team.

David is a graduate of New Zealand’s Massey University, majoring in Information Engineering.

Roger Bendrien

Director Commercial Sales APAC, Boomi
Roger Bendrien is the Sales Director for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Boomi. Roger is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving organizational growth and operational excellence across leading technology companies in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Currently leading the Commercial Organization across APAC at Boomi, Roger has built a distinguished career developing market strategies and leading cross-functional teams that deliver transformational business outcomes.

Throughout his tenure at industry leaders including Salesforce (Tableau), Palo Alto Networks, EMC, and CA Technologies, Roger has orchestrated large-scale, business Intelligence transformations initiatives, mission-critical government infrastructure projects, and comprehensive enterprise service agreements that redefined industry benchmarks.

Anand Mehta

Chief Customer Success Officer, Boomi
Anand Mehta is SVP of Global Customer Success at Boomi. Anand has extensive experience driving customer-centric value creation, having held senior roles at iCIMS, Marketo and McKinsey & Company. His expertise spans Customer Success, Professional Services and Revenue Operations and is highlighted by strong operational and financial results.

Till Peters

Enterprise Integrations Team Leader, Silver Fern Farms
Till Peters is the Enterprise Integrations Team Leader at Silver Fern Farms, responsible for the strategy, integration architecture, governance, and delivery of integration capabilities across the organisation. He has led the development of SFF's integration practice, establishing the standards, patterns, governance frameworks, and documentation approaches that underpin enterprise integration delivery today.

Working across major transformation initiatives, Till drives the adoption of modern integration platforms, API-led architecture, and cloud integration services, helping connect business processes, applications, and data across the enterprise. He is passionate about building scalable technology foundations, fostering knowledge sharing, and embedding continuous improvement into the way teams deliver and support integrations.

More recently, Till has been leading Silver Fern Farms' journey towards AI-assisted delivery practices, implementing the use of tools such as Copilot, Companion and Claude to improve productivity, engineering quality, knowledge management, documentation and design governance across the technology organisation.

Annette Rangi

General Manager Digital Transformation, HEB Construction
Annette Rangi is the General Manager of Digital Transformation at HEB Construction, and a seasoned Senior Executive and technology leader with extensive experience in CTO leadership, AI enablement, digital transformation, and business strategy.She has successfully led large-scale transformation programmes across the construction, energy, retail, government, and technology sectors, leveraging AI, data, automation, and emerging technologies to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

Annette's expertise spans digital strategy, technology modernisation, AI adoption, agile delivery, and organisational transformation. She has a proven track record of leading large, high-performing teams through complex change while aligning technology investments with strategic business objectives.

Passionate about innovation, diversity, and people leadership, Annette is committed to building inclusive cultures, developing future leaders, and creating lasting business value through technology and digital transformation.

Jim Fisher

VP Channels & Partners APJ, Boomi
Jim Fisher is the Vice President of Channels & Partners, APJ, at Boomi, a category-leading, global software as a service (SaaS) company with the largest customer base among integration platform vendors.

Jim has over 35 years experience in the worldwide software marketplace and will be instrumental in building a channel and partner team with Boomi.

Fisher has previously led Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations in Australia, the United States and across Asia Pacific. This included regional and global management roles in Philadelphia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, China, Russia and Australia.

Prior to joining Boomi, Fisher spent 5 years at MuleSoft as the Vice President of Alliances and Channels, 5 years at SAP as the VP Ecosystem and Channels - SEA and then COO ANZ at SAP and 12 years at CA in numerous roles - COO, VP Marketing APJ, VP Channels and VP GCR and SEA and previously served as Vice President Asia Pacific for Sterling Software and Managing Director for Information Advantage – Australia.

Jim has a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Macquarie University in Sydney.

An accomplished Technology Channel Leader with more than two decades of experience in channel development, sales, and innovative go-to-market solutions. Roy specializes in building strategic, localized partnerships across the Asia region that drive mutual success.
