David Irecki

CTO for APJ, Boomi
David Irecki is the Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) and leads Boomi’s technology vision and thought leadership across the region, helping organizations build the foundations for agentic transformation through data activation, integration and automation, API management, data and AI agent governance.

David leads a team of pre-sales professionals across the region. Under his leadership, the team partners with customers to solve complex integration and data management challenges that drive business transformation.

With over 20 years of experience in enterprise integration and embedded computing, David is a seasoned IT leader. He joined Boomi in 2015 as the first Solutions Consultant in APJ. Prior to that, he led the APJ Solutions Consulting team at MuleSoft.

David holds a degree in Information Engineering from Massey University in New Zealand.

Nikolai Blackie

CTO & Co-Founder, Adaptiv
Nikolai, an esteemed integration authority and specialised cloud architect based in New Zealand, co-founded Adaptiv in 2010. With his extensive expertise in designing and integrating tailor-made software solutions, Nikolai has made a significant impact across various sectors, including finance, education, FMCG, manufacturing/distribution, and non-profit organisations.
 
As Chief Technical Officer, he is responsible for guiding enterprise clients in their integration strategies, methodologies, standards, and technical direction. Boasting over a decade of high-level integration experience in industries such as power, retail, utilities, food manufacturing, construction, transport/distribution, education, and finance, Nikolai demonstrates exceptional proficiency in enterprise-scale web application integration and SaaS solutions.
